In this class, you will learn how to make the tastiest and famous American cakes: New-York cheese cake and carrot cake. This lesson will be the place to exchange and discuss about pastry with a skilled chef. Come have a good time, in a place with a good atmosphere together a nice afternoon. During the lesson, the chef will show you how to make the cakes, he may ask for your help, and finally you will enjoy a tasting from each cake. Each participant will be offered a hot drink and a small gift. The recipes will be handed out to you at the end of the lesson. What you will need to bring : mask, notebook and pen, elastic band for hair. About the chef : Chef Blanche from Blanche Chef Maraicher has learned pastry in Alain Ducasse school the Superior National School of Pastry - ENSP, where he learnt all the secrets of great pastry chefs. He has been working as a Pastry chef for 8 years in Michelin starred restaurants in Zurich, Switzerland. He now has his own company and field where he grows pesticide-free organic vegetables and herbs. *10% tax on service not included.
