Let's learn fool-proof authentic Indian cuisine with chef Sanober! In this cooking class you will learn a full menu of Indian Vegetarian Gluten-free dishes including two appetizers (Achari Paneer Tikka and Hari Chutney), three main dishes (Jeera Rice, Chana Masala, Shalgam ka Bhartha) and one dessert (Kheer). After this class, you will be able to cook this whole menu by yourself! The spices, colors and tastes will take you on an express journey to the heart of India! Each participant will be offered a hot drink and a small gift. The recipes will be handed out to you at the end of the lesson. About the chef: Sanober's inspiration came, like most Indian girls, from her mother who is an amazing cook! Along with taste and textures, paying attention to detail and beautiful plating is a large part of her cooking. Food to her is not just ingredients. It is an emotion – you need to feel it to enjoy it! When she cooks, she thinks about how she’d love the dish to taste, how she’d love to see it being presented, and with that image in mind she puts her heart and soul into it.
