Silken Tofu from Ikebukuro
This silken tofu is very soft, gently sweet and at the same time flavorful. Made in Ikebukuro with soybeans grown in Chiba prefecture certified non-gmo, no pesticides, no glyphosate. Nigari used comes from Izuoshima salt. Serve as is with soysauce, bonito flakes and negi leek for a traditional japanese style dish. Also delicious in miso soup or mabo-dofu! Great source of protein to add to a vegetarian or vegan diet!
