Simple and Fast Kale Recipe
Throw it in the pan with a little bit of this and a little bit of that and you have got yourself a healthy and tasty dish!
2 garlic cloves
- Rinse the kale and cut the central rib (harder) then chop it.
- Finely chop your onion and garlic.
- Heat a little olive oil in a wok or in a pan and throw onions first until golden/brown. Then add the garlic.
- After a few minutes, add the kale and a tiny bit of water, 1 teaspoon of soya sauce and the pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until the kale is wilted.
- Serve warm!
